1798 Draped Bust/Heraldic Eagle Dollars Pointed 9, 8 noticeably higher than 9, but still separated from the bust Stars arranged in curved arcs

This obverse die was used in coining four die varieties using reverses with the arc star pattern. These are rather similar in appearance, but may be further separated based on the position of the star nearest the eagle’s beak.
